Neck-size brackets and face sizes
Prices come from your neck-size grid, rounding up to the next published size. The face size is the neck plus the border you set, and per-square-foot adders such as custom colors use the face. Opposed-blade dampers, lay-in T-bar borders, aluminum construction and per-order minimums apply as published.
Rules that fit the ceiling
Lay-in panels are limited to what fits the ceiling module, with the reason shown, so a 30 × 18 lay-in never reaches the quote.
From the air device schedule
Import the engineer's schedule as CSV, Excel or PDF. NECK SIZE columns such as 12x6 are read as width and height, and type codes such as RG-1 translate to your models once.
Rep pricing and online acceptance
Give each rep a price level (list × multiplier) and send the quote as a private link the contractor accepts with a PO number.
What it does not do yet
ReadyVariant does not calculate throw, noise (NC) or pressure drop, or select devices from airflow. Sample prices are illustrative.
