Priced the way louver books are
Per-square-foot rates by model, a minimum billable area for small louvers, finishes as a percentage (Kynar two- and three-coat, anodized), bird and insect screens and blank-off panels per square foot, flanged frames per linear foot, and one-time charges such as a custom color match.
Wide louvers, built in sections
Set the widest section a model is built in and the mullion charge. A 12'-6" louver on a 5'-0" section becomes three sections with two mullions, priced and noted on the quote. The quote also prints the free area, calculated from the free-area percentage you publish.
From the louver schedule
Import the schedule as CSV, Excel or the engineer's PDF. Map mark, quantity, width, height, type and finish, translate type codes such as SR-6 to your models once, and resolve the exceptions in groups. Every line keeps the page and row it came from.
Distributor pricing and online acceptance
Give each rep or distributor a price level (list × multiplier), send the quote as a private link, and record the customer's acceptance with their PO number.
What it does not do yet
ReadyVariant does not certify AMCA performance, calculate pressure drop or water penetration, or produce submittal drawings. Free area is your published percentage of the face area. Sample prices are illustrative; start with one louver series from your own book.
